Holy Carrot! Vegeterian brunch

The idea of the brunch has been simmering in the mind of a certain restaurant manager for years, and now it’s time to make it happen! OG vegans probably don’t need the theme explained any further, but why not together pay tribute to this underrated and versatile everyday root vegetable on the Finnish dining table? Available, of course, all vegan:
-Oriental sesame rice noodle salad with julienne carrots
-Soy strips glazed with carrot syrup
-Carrot-quinoa patties
-Bell pepper-carrot muhammara
-Chive-carrot tartar sauce
-Carelian pies with porkkala and caviart
-Carrot buns and garlic-herb spread
-Coconut panna cotta with sea buckthorn-carrot sauce
-Lemon carrot cake
-Carrot pancakes with caramel vanilla whipped cream
-Carrot mimosas (with sparkling wine or non-alcoholic)
-Coffee, tea
Allergens in the menu include nuts, almonds, sesame, soy, wheat, oats, rye. May contain traces of eggs, milk, among others. This is something that must always be mentioned nowadays if such items are occasionally handled in the same kitchen.
