Let’s make an alternative self-portrait with collage technique!

In this workshop we cut and tear pictures, colors, words and sentences from magazines. Then we assemble a collage of these elements by gluing them to cardboard. The materials used are available in Finnish and English. You can decorate your work by painting or with self-written words. No previous verbal or visual arts experience is required!

The themes of this workshop are inner world, courage and self-knowledge. Collage technique encourages you to critically examine stereotypical beauty ideals and the pressures created by social media.
